Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment before it is handed to the carrier. Processing times vary depending on the product ordered and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Ready-to-ship items: processed within 1 business day
- Made-to-order / custom pieces: processed within 3–4 weeks, as these are crafted specifically for you
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, processing may be extended slightly — we will notify you by email if this occurs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
The exact cost and estimated delivery window will be displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free; 2-Day Air and Overnight shipping are available for an additional fee, shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time = processing time + carrier transit time. Typical carrier transit times are:
Standard Shipping — Free — 2–4 business days 2-Day Air — Additional fee — 2 business days Overnight Shipping — Additional fee — 1 business day

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

We offer free in-store pickup.

Please wait for our ready-for-pickup confirmation before visiting the store, as pickup times may vary depending on whether the item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up your order.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
